Caol Ila has been producing an ungetorften whiskey once a year for a few years.
This is the seventh bottling of an untilled Caol Ila, for the first time at the age of 14 - and the first to be stored in former Spanish sherry casks.
Caol Ila fills this Limited Edition Single Malt Whiskey - a total of 5,958 bottles worldwide.
Aroma: mild and sweet, wheat biscuits, followed by intense fruit with traces of soft toffee.
Taste: The soft toffee prevails, followed by intense honey notes and a warming sweetness - a little salt and fresh fruit
Finish: sweet and dry, very aromatic
